Action is practical opportunities for us to BE the liturgy that we practice. We carefully discern our long-term & short-term partnerships with movements and efforts that resonate with our values.

St. Francis Mission

KNOWING EACH OTHER. LOVING EACH OTHER. SERVING TOGETHER. FOR THE LIFE OF THE WORLD.

Saint Francis Mission endeavors to be an intentional and creative community of peacemakers that is attempting to address the harmful divisions that exist among all people– especially people of faith. We seek to change the conversation from one of competition, suspicion, and opposition, to one of interdependence, mutual understanding, and unity. As followers of Jesus, we recognize his leading in welcoming any and all others (Christian or otherwise) who feel the call to pour out their lives for others and for the life of the world. This work is centered around the reconciling table of Jesus and extends to every table of fellowship everywhere.

Saint Francis meets on Sundays at 5:30PM at McCreary’s Pub in downtown Franklin.

The Williamson County Homeless Alliance

The mission of the Williamson County Homeless Alliance is to develop and maintain a permanent transitional sanctuary that meets the needs of people experiencing homelessness in Franklin/Williamson County Tennessee by partnering with local government, non-profits, businesses, individuals, and churches.

Creation Education

In Nashville, A Rocha is a working to educate and inspire people to care for creation.

As A Rocha takes a local shape here in Music City, part of our work involves building community among songwriters and creating opportunities for them to learn about ecological issues and come together for songwriting retreats. The first volume of “The A Rocha Project” – an album of songs written around the theme of creation care – is in production. Our first hands-on conservation project is also in development. We are working on a Backyard Biodiversity Project which will connect people to the world outside their own back door, and allow them to learn with and work with others to enhance the biodiversity of the urban and suburban places they live.

Please contact Jenna Henderson if you have questions or would like to get involved.
